By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Unalike Solutions provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Web application development
• Digital consultation and strategy
• Domain registration and hosting
• Content creation and management
• Technical support and maintenance

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed
• We may require a deposit for larger projects
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are quoted in TTD unless otherwise specified
• Additional work outside the original scope may incur additional charges

Intellectual property rights are as follows:

• You retain ownership of your content and materials
• We retain ownership of our proprietary tools and frameworks
• Final deliverables are transferred to you upon full payment
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply necessary content and materials
• Ensure content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Maintain backups of your data
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or content
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• You will pay for work completed up to termination date
• We will deliver completed work and materials
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
• Intellectual property rights are preserved

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
